the collection
Bleached out is a collection of upcycled and made to order pieces that are hand-painted with bleach, using various painting techniques and tools.

Bleach, textiles, screen-printing, heat transfer vinyl, fabric paint, acrylic paint, photography and other mixed media.
sustainability
Every purchase helps support recycling textiles and will not contribute to the tons of waste already in the U.S. Each piece is unique and reworked/altered in Florida using bleach dye/painting techniques, from recycled clothing sourced in the USA.
All pieces were selected from either my closet, second-hand boutiques, thrift stores or were donated and are all hand painted by love by Lara Dee.

Raised and schooled in Ohio, became an entrepreneur in Chicago, lived freely while working in fashion in Los Angeles and am now based in St. Petersburg, Florida and Columbus, Ohio, I am just being me…an artist who loves creating in all mediums.
